Introduction

Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of aluminised zinc sheet is mainly due to the protective function of aluminium. When the zinc is sanded, the aluminium forms a dense alumina layer that prevents corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior.
Cost-effectiveness: as the density of 55% AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the surface area of an aluminium-zinc coated sheet is more than 3% higher than that of a galvanised steel sheet with the same weight and layer thickness.
